500 error for cast requests

While the URL for characters includes the anime name (http://myanimelist.net/anime/26243/Owari_no_Seraph/characters), the URLs used by the API use a space in place of the anime name (http://myanimelist.net/anime/26243/%20/characters). MAL recently broke those URLs that use the space -- they redirect to the anime's main page. This can be fixed by using any string besides a space in place of the anime name, such as http://myanimelist.net/anime/26243/1/characters
