Small images in "Cast Details" response

It looks like because of MAL Website updates atarashii api returns wrong images for anime characters and staff.

I do not see anything wrong related the images. They are only a bit blurry which I will fix now in the mean time.

Removing "/r/21x32" from image URL works

yeah but "?s=d0d0d2cacefe5c9359bc1671d7b99a03" is ugly imho so I have another approach for this. This will be fixed within a hour.
