ircbot for posting status updates

It would be nice to have a way to interact with statusapp over irc. Then one could post status updates via the ircbot. I suppose it would have to map irc nicks to app users.

A commandline client might also be useful. Perhaps for these it would be good to have a simple REST api.

Fix: From ircbot one can enter status message using following syntax #statusapp user_name [optional_status_tag]status_message
