need to be able to edit status timestamp

Sometimes people report things they have done after the fact eg the following day or week: need to be able to edit entries to correct their date/time stamp.

Maybe just ignore the reporting time or edit time but default datestamp to the current time. ie assume time field is time action was completed and don't reset timestamp when editing.
