Cannot run on VCL

I ran the standalone on the VCL using the "EclipseTasks" image. Here's what I get:

C:\Windows>mkdir C:\Users\ermurph3\socaster A subdirectory or file C:\Users\ermurph3\socaster already exists.

C:\Windows>windows_jre\bin\java.exe -jar socaster.jar The system cannot find the path specified.
