"Change Recommender" should probably be "Recommender Algorithm"

When I click the disclosure arrow to hide it for the first time, it blinks but nothing happens. Subsequent clicks work.

For the John Developer mocks, only the top two algorithms seem to change the tool ordering. The rest seems to be the same.
