Everything Slowly Fell Apart

I started to notice I couldn’t save the game after entering an area, then my mask animations were stuck in one state. I couldn’t see my stamina bar, this seems to be the precursor of the previous bug that wipes all my PDA data. Then I made it to the end of the level without dying, so try to go to jupiter through red forest, and the screen fades and then unfades and I don’t travel. SO I decide to walk forward more and the game crashes.
