Add special difficulty option=Rifle Inventory Limit

Weight over 43kg should be accounted for in terms of movement. You should not move as well at high weight. The average stalker is not a soldier that can carry 100lbs. The average male cannot run with 100lbs. Backpacks should have a space limit. Even if you are capable of carrying a lot of weight. You should not be able to have more that 3 objects as large as a rifle in your inventory at one time.

Add option= Inventory/Backpack limit for large objects. Forces dismantle or choose best. Having best backpack(or suit) does not allow more large rifle space. Total= Hold 2+3 inside inventory(includes RPG).
