Issue #163 invalid

Former user created an issue 2019-09-01

I'm currently playing the story mode as a loner, max difficulty on both options and nothing else checked on the options, just story mode. The npcs seem to not trade with the merchants and neither go to the technicians.

Please attach the missing attachments (appdata\user.ltx, the log file from appdata\logs and (if available) latest save before this happened (.scoc and .scop files for that save)
