Game randomly freezes with hotfix 2, probably related to combat

Game randomly freezes with hotfix 2, eating 100% of one cpu core and some of the other cores. No crashlog, game continues to work in frozen state untill you kill it from task manager. Freeze happens pretty frequently, and i think it's somehow related to combat AI. When you are shooting anyone, or NPCs shooting each other - probability of freeze is very high. I rolled back hotfix2, and had not a single freeze since then.
