Allow crafting without workbench

I think mostly needing the work bench to do heavy repairs on gear should be necessary everything else should be able to be done in the field with the proper materials or kits, though the carry weight becomes irritating with the quest item kits.

There are already mods out there which change the way repairs work https://www.moddb.com/mods/stalker-anomaly/addons I’d suggest taking a look there and trying them out.
