Warfare Goodwill system not working

Saturnis created an issue 2019-09-06

Anytime I set the Good Will Reward coefficient above 1, my good will for all factions resets to 0 every time I sleep or fast travel to another map. This defeats a large part of the purpose for quests, and prevents me from accessing high tier equipment from traders.

Please attach the missing attachments (appdata\user.ltx, the log file from appdata\logs and (if available) latest save before this happened (.scoc and .scop files for that save)

I’m not sure what the Log file will provide, as I’m not reporting a crash.
