Two Progression Difficulty menu options reverting to default values after changing them

There's two settings I like to use in the Progression Difficulty game menu, Repair Cost Coefficient & Weapon Degradation Factor. After reinstalling the game with the new update and not using any mods - after applying my chosen values, exiting the menu and hard saving the game, they still go back to their default values. (All other settings retain their values)
