Micro Stuttering

The AI changes cause stuttering on any dx and on lowest settings, same as hotfix 3 and with the original .exe 's i get no stutters at all, ive tried to talk about this multiple times on the discord to no avail, and im far from the only person who also experiences, otherwise anything else in hotfix that changed the .exe 's have been causing stutters, the improved AI is my guess as the culprit. I use a 1060 and i7
