Quests: Rescue victims, victimised

Victims seem immortal until rescued by player actor. This is good. What seems to be the problem is when mutants from a distance seek the victim and constantly attack the victim. While amusing, this breaks immersion...and kills the gurds of the victim.

Mutants killing the guards is acceptable, because the mutants act like guards after. But the mutant should not be attacking the NPC victim until AFTER player rescues victim.


Similar effect= Once made aggressive. Soldiers/bandits/mutants will continually attack the technician inside the farm in the Cordon map.

The characters need a "ignore" switch.
