I’m not a Dev, however, i know what causes this issue.

Any modification to the repair_min_condition or max_uses of the repair items in items_repair.ltx seems to break the workshop script.

You probably have a mod installed that changes the condition/max uses of repair items (the toolkits) so your best bet to solve this problem is to go to gamedata\configs\items\items and delete “items_repair.ltx”

Ah, sorry then. I had this problem in the latest update and removing my repair mod fixed it. Assumed it was the same issue.
