No key for Room 26 in Hotel Polissya

Hey guys it is me again,

i cannont get the key to open the room in the hotel. So i cannot get the decoder and open the warlab.

I already finished the 3 campaigns, maybe there is my problem. Manually spawning in the key does not open the door either.
