Bodies can despawn before reaching Pump station, making Cold's mission there impossible

If the player delays going to the Pump station after getting the mission from Cold, the bodies of the dead bandits and the dead sniper can despawn, which makes the mission impossible to complete. The player can then talk to the Clear Sky leader at the pump station, but can't progress the mission.

This is still an issue in update 3. Even if the player goes straight to the pump station from Cold, combat elsewhere in the Swamps can de-spawn the bodies that are required for this mission to start. The only way to complete it is to sprint straight there and hope the body of the sniper still exists so the mission can begin.
