Mercenary guard at Arnie's arena goes into combat mode during mutant challenges.

Arnie ignores the mutants, but the guard goes into combat mode as soon as the mutant spawns, and can be seen still looking for it when exiting the arena.

Still present. Also, it seems that if you have disguises enabled, during the round in the arena in which the Freedom suit is given, all the Dutiers in the area come out and try to circle around the arena to get to the player, who is now an enemy.
