New launcher (update 3) warns about files created by the game itself.

The launcher included in update 3 warns that installed addons can cause problems or crashes, but there are no addons installed. The only files in gamedata are those created by the game itself:

• atmosfear_default_settings.ltx
• atmosfear_options.ltx
• axr_options.ltx
• localization.ltx
• warfare_options.ltx

Removing these clears the warning, but aren't these required files to set the given options?
