NPC xray vision + bushes

First off. Stop putting these reports on hold. Requesting files for them is silly. Play the game and hide behind bushes after you anger soldiers or anything with a gun. When you are behind bushes after you have been seen once by enemies. They can see you afterwards no matter the foliage you hide behind.
Red forest, great swamps are a good examples. Let an enemy see you and they will shoot you even though they should not be able to, while you are behind foliage. This is breaking the entire combat system and people keep discussing this on ModDB every day!
This not about difficulty. Player actor cannot see behind bushes. Yet all, NPCs can after they see actor once and become aggravated.
