Anomalous Study task uncompleteable in Red Forest

From discord bug reports channel, a user was given an Anomalous Study task from a wandering ecologist at Yantar. The task sent them to Red Forest and pointed them to an anomaly that’s floating in the air in the power lines, therefore unreachable. Attached screenshots show the location.

I have run into this bug, in the exact same location. The anomaly is in the air on the power lines, and also the quest marker is up the hill just outside of the playable area of the map.

I got this quest probably 20 hours or so, and just got enough equipment to survive the red forest long enough to attempt to get to the spot. I do not have a save that happened right before I got the quest unfortunately, because I did not know it was bugged at the time.

What can I upload that will be helpful?
