Arnie should tell the player that the arena is empty

When there are no more mutants to fight, instead of telling the player to come back later, Arnie should tell the player never to come back, as the current text is misleading. Alternatively, add a function to spawn a random mutant for a reward related to the mutant rank, once per day.
