Stashes from surrendered stalkers sometimes expose string references as strings

Stashes given by surrendered stalkers sometimes show the name and descr references as strings. The references are correct and the strings are not missing, but for some reason, the player is shown the reference as a string instead of the string itself. Something is going wrong in treasure_manager.create_random_stash within surrender_victim_answers_1 in dialogs.script.

Other times, this works correctly, and only gives the “stash of” string, as seems to be intentional. Someone should take a look.
