Wish granter crashes

At the wish granter, if the player chooses “I desire all the riches of the Zone!” then the game immediately crashes with the log attached. Note that this is distinct from the intentional crash created by “I want the Zone to disappear”.

While you’re at it, if the player chooses “Make me immortal!” then their followers should be removed before teleportation. The effects of “Control” and “Peace” were not clear.
