Help

Hello i play as Loner i am at Expert rank with 16k reputation and i have Excellent Rep i didnt fckn anyone,i kill bandits only,even Merc's go frend with me, i have 3k with Loner and Clear Sky factions.

Now i have bounty on my head wtf, Sidorovich looking for me , and bandits spawns behind me and infront of me in squads,is this intend to happen or it is overflow bug
