Technician Peregrine at Yantar won't return repair items

I've had this issue several times and found no workaround except to not use Peregrine for repairs. I've not used technician repair very often, but I've only had problems with Peregrine, never Xenotech or Novikov.

Some items, guns for example, he'll usually return when asked, but armour suits won't transfer to the inventory, he'll simply keep saying 'yes, here you are' and nothing happens. The option to request your items remains in his dialogue box but just returns 'yes, here you are' and no item.

I've included a save with the issue. Character at Yantar, Peregrine outside in the morning, returns two guns but not the predator armour.
