Companion/Follower Stuck in Buildings Regularly

Hello; I'm sure its known bug for you. Companions/Followers get stuck in buildings very regularly. Campfire place close to wall in buildings, doorways(once entered) and tight corridors(once entered) for example.

I have mods but this happened before that as well, I just don't give a... nothing until now.
