CTD on launch

Played for a while on multiple days when I decided to mess around with the debug menu to see what the game had to offer when it suddenly crashed my laptop and then anytime I tried to launch the game afterwards it gave me this, I tried disabling the debug menu but it didn't fix it, I tried locating my .ltx file but couldn't find it
