"Living Legend" MAJOR Questline Bug

Right after I disable the brain scorcher, I receive no new objectives related to the questline "Living Legend". The game says my mission "Disable the Brain Scorcher" has been completed, but again, I do not receive the mission to meet Beard in Zaton. Major gamebreaking bug, that has completely halted my progression in the main quest.

Mods that I have installed in the following order from first to last with JSGME: 001. Boomsticks and Sharpsticks 25-Aug-2021_IWP_VSS 003. Quick_Melee_Food_Drug_and_drinks_REQUIRED!!!!!!!! 009. Loot_monsters_without_knife_for_Anomaly_1.5.1.2 38.01. Maslinas NV Scopes (install only AFTER Beef's Shader v0.9 addon. DX10-11 ONLY)
