[1.5.1&2] Radio warning options for emissions do nothing (but break siren warning)

Since I've never had the radio warnings do anything, I investigated surge_manager.script and discovered that the script blocks to do radio warnings are both commented out entirely.

surge_manager.script ines 661-674, 731-740 and 882-891

Not only that but setting the warning option to Siren and Radio doesn't play the siren either (relevant line: 651)

Looks like someone intentionally commented out radio warnings from vanilla stalker to cut them from modded stalker (Atmosfear, CoC, or Anomaly) and forgot to remove the options to have those in the options menu.
