Crash resulting in corrupted graphics drivers

I have had two crashes that have occurred on two separate days that have resulted in my graphics drivers being corrupted. Neither crash resulted in a crash log, but both times involved killing a NPC.

Sequence of events: Shoot NPC > as NPC is falling screen will go black > PC will reboot on its own after several seconds > log back in to PC to see that graphics drivers are unable to load.

The solution to the graphics driver is to simply roll the drivers back, then re-update them.

System specs: Windows 10 Pro, Radeon RX 5500 XT, 16 GB DDR4 Ram, AMD Ryzen 5 3600.
