Adding and modifying wrong components when reverting

I reverted a BoxCollider2D in a child prefab and the boxCollider of every other prefab on the project was changed, and for those who didn't have colliders this operation added one.
The child prefab was a uPrefab Child not a nested prefab.

1.4 submitted and under review in the asset store. It should be resolved within that version.
