Deleting a prefab before removing the prefab´s instances
When you delete a prefab, and instances of this prefab exist inside the editor, this causes the editor (specifically the Hierarchy) to get completely bugged, not showing everything that it should. The issue goes away when you remove the faulty instance, but of course it is pretty hard to reach with the bugged hierarchy.

reporter I think it may be related to the other issue I reported today https://bitbucket.org/antiherostudios/uprefabs/issues/21/unity-editor-enless-barrage-of-exceptions , but I am not sure.
I will raise the priority since this is blocking me currently.

reporter More information: The issue comes and goes, along with the exceptions reported in the other issue https://bitbucket.org/antiherostudios/uprefabs/issues/21/unity-editor-enless-barrage-of-exceptions I think it is related to the references of the custom scripts, so it is very likely that this bug was introduced on version 1.4f1, since the bug that this patch was fixing was related to the custom script references.

The error just happened again on my proyect, same problem, different cause.
Since I have no idea what caused it this time, I can´t really fix it this time.
