Reverting Prefabs messes with the references

I think this bug was from an older version, but I cannot find the right ticket, anyway, as the title says, when you revert the entire object from the project window, the instances that are nested end up with the references of the original prefabs instead of its own relative references.

    Fixed in 1.5f2 very interesting and difficult problem to solve. Unity provides no direct way to find a "relative component to a prefab-instance". There may be small use-case issues that will arise. I will send you this version.
