Initial version of (x)clusterblast from DB implementation

rename some bash scripts to better indicate there use
add timestamp to log messages
import subclusterblast and knownclusterblast diamon results also from database
use boolean instead of string comparison
improved formatting using Eclipe's code formatting tool, fx add spaces after ",",...
limit to import 1000 hits for each gene only
