Not allow to record while open other recording app

1. Open other Recorder app (Smart Voice Recorder), start recording and pause.
2. Open our recorder, start new record (or resume an existing recording) --> Our app informs "Micro is used by other app", then does not allow to start new recording --> If there is an existing recording (and resume), our app informs message above and clear existing recording

Please try to figure this case, especially avoid to clear existing recording.
