Nuke mission or event

Idea to add a Nuke mission or event. Could be like a defuse the nuke before it goes off. Or could be a nuke being transported and if it's destroyed it blows up. Could also be a random event where a nuke just falls with a given warning for players to evacuate the area. Kinda of like the current Radiation Zone. We could possibly remove the Radiation Zone and replace it with something like this.
