Helicopters / Vehicles Blowing up Randomly

Players been complaining about their helicopters / vehicles blowing up. I may suspect it's one of the Mod packs. Some vehicles may be unstable such as helicopters. But could possibly be a result of bad piloting or bad placement of the vehicle when they load it up.

Every instance I've seen can be explained by either bad piloting, AI death, or physics glitches which ArmA 3 is prone to and really nothing we can do about. If we find some direct cause or can reproduce the issue reliably, then maybe this could be a bug, but I don't know of any mod or script that would cause vehicles to randomly blow up.
