Achievement job list

I think the Achievement job List is broken.

I've maxed all my stats except construction which isn't train-able at the moment.

Also I've done all the achievements.

Still does'nt let me do the Achievement Job List.

Haste found out what was wrong, He needed to go to lumbridge and speak to ajjat. Ajjat gave him the achievement cape. So this isn't broken.
