Ring of Wealth(i) - No use? Being Sold in POH!

I was told today that the Ring of Wealth(i) had no use. I then also later (luckily for me already knowing it had no use) noticed somebody was selling a ring of wealth(i) for 50M. That is a lot of cash to be wasted on a useless item.

I'd like to propose the item to be removed from the drop table or however it is gained or to gain some kind of actual use.
