Ice barrage

When you barrage someone while in combat. When you are hitting someone but you get pj'd by a hellhound. When you then try to barrage him you just stand still instead of following him until you are in range to cast it.

E.g. I get in combat with a hellhound and the enemy runs away. When he's out of range i use barrage on him. Instead of following him until i am in range and then casting it (if i'm not still in combat) it just stops you and you won't follow him.
