I think it's broken. Been abouts 400-450 bosses dry with ring on not a single drop, now i was on a smoke devil task.. I toke the ring off for last 20 kills , first kill i get a rare drop. Mabye it decreases or i'm just very unlucky.

Something seems wrong with it, I didn't get a single whip when I farmed 450 abyssal demons.
