Blowpipe Issue

"True Skillah" claims to have repeatedly lost thousands of rune darts while using the blowpipe. Says that he equips anywhere from 1-4k darts and after 5-10 boss kills, all of the darts are gone. Claims to have had this occur about three times. Not sure what the source of the issue is.
