Editing Scheduled Issues

Approximately 300 scheduled issues were created by one user for a project. An Administrator on this project originally had permissions to modify scheduled issues. These privileges were removed and since then reinstated. However, they only way we could find which gives him permissions to edit existing scheduled issue, individually, is to 1) select More and then 2) share and 3) select Administrators and save. I've included screenshots for your reference. This is a very tedious process. Especially since after the change is saved it defaults to the first page and not the page where the records was included. Is there a way to make this change for multiple records? Or another way to grant permissions to this user to edit the scheduled issues?

    Hi Suzanne,

    Unfortunately for now there is no possible to bulk share issue. We have this feature in our backlog and will add this to our plugin. But for now i cannot write when it could be done exactly.

    We notify you after the release of version containing this feature.

    Thanks for the information Jacek. If possible, we'd like to keep this issue open for the next several months in case the ability to bulk change Scheduled Issues functionality is added.

    We have just released new version 4.0.5 with option to bulk share multiple scheduled issues.

    Hi Tomasz, I tried to make a bulk change I originally mentioned above and was unable to make this change. I see where you can change multiple tickets but it appears the share functionality under "More" is still only available on individual tickets. Am I doing something wrong or has this functionality not been added?

    Hi Suzanne,

    You need to use "Share Selected" button, that is located at bottom of the scheduled issues table. To be clear, I've attaching screenshot where I selected bulk share button.

    Thanks for the information! I just realized we need to update the add-on in order to have that option.
