Update to 6.4.12 failed to bring across any existing Scheduled Issues
Hi,
I performed an migration of JIRA from 5.0.3 to 6.4.12 somewhere along the upgrade issues were not migrated. This was a database backup restore, and a file copy of the home directory.
So questions: 1. Is it possible to migrate across, do I need to bring any additional files or anything or should all issues exist in the database.

Are there any guidelines as to how to upgrade the plugin in order to retain the data?

Are there any additional log files I can look for clues in, or are there any log entries that can give me clues as to whether the plug-in is returning data correctly or not?

reporter Hi Jacek,
we re-attempted the upgrade and it bought across the existing scheduled tasks. We did change the upgrade procedure slightly and upgraded to your version 3.0.0 plug-in as soon as possible which may have helped.

Previous versions of TSP using database AND temporary files to storing data about Scheduled Jobs and all configuration. Hovewer above documentation should help you to resolve this issue.
