scheduler create nit ticket in jira SERVICE DESK projekt

Hello in the round,

we migrate in Jira 7 and in older version we have scheduler in service desk projekts. in the JIRA v6.4.5 work the scheduler in Service Desk Projects.

Now I see the scheduler in Service Desk Projects but when I fire this, no issue was create.

The same action in normal Project was create ticket. What can I do?

    Hello in round,

    we have now upgradet our production-JIRA now scheduler is healthy and its ok.

    I dont now how but the problem is obsolet
