Unable to set the reporter with some issue types

A created an issue

You are only able to set the reporter on the default Jira issue types. We have quite a few custom issue types and the reporter field does not appear. Can you add functionality to do this or am I missing something. Thanks.

    Hi Ash,

    I do not think that the problem is caused by some missing functionality. I think it is problem caused by configuration of your custom issue types.

    For each custom issue type you should have configured so called Screen Scheme. This scheme defines what fields are being displayed when an issue is being created. When that scheme misses some field you are not able to see that field when creating scheduled issue too.

    Please check your settings then.
