Stephan Amann created an issue

Hi

I uninstalled the plugin, but I have the following entries in my logfile (atlassian-jira.log) since then, everytime, when an administartor opens a admin page:

2014-03-03 09:34:20,010 http-bio-8080-exec-8 WARN the.admin 574x35270x3 w4887r proxy1, proxy2 /rest/plugins/1.0/notifications [notification.rest.representations.NotificationRepresentationFactoryImpl] Notification exists for uninstalled and unrequested plugin: pl.com.tt.jira.plugin.theschedulerpro 2014-03-03 09:34:20,136 http-bio-8080-exec-8 WARN the.admin 574x35270x3 w4887r proxy1, proxy2 /rest/plugins/1.0/notifications [notification.rest.representations.NotificationRepresentationFactoryImpl] Notification exists for uninstalled and unrequested plugin: pl.com.tt.jira.plugin.theschedulerpro 2014-03-03 09:34:20,501 http-bio-8080-exec-23 WARN the.admin 574x35274x1 w4887r proxy1, proxy2 /rest/plugins/1.0/notifications/the.admin [notification.rest.representations.NotificationRepresentationFactoryImpl] Notification exists for uninstalled and unrequested plugin: pl.com.tt.jira.plugin.theschedulerpro 2014-03-03 09:34:20,602 http-bio-8080-exec-23 WARN the.admin 574x35274x1 w4887r proxy1, proxy2 /rest/plugins/1.0/notifications/the.admin [notification.rest.representations.NotificationRepresentationFactoryImpl] Notification exists for uninstalled and unrequested plugin: pl.com.tt.jira.plugin.theschedulerpro

the.admin is the administartor; proxy1, proxy2 replace the original IP adresses of the proxy chain from the browser to the service.

How can I get rid of those log entries?

    Hi Stephan,

it seems that we have here some known OOTB issue. They recommend following procedure:

    • shutdown JIRA

    • manually delete the entire folder JIRA_HOME/plugins/.bundled-plugins

    • manually delete the entire folder JIRA_HOME/plugins/.osgi-plugins

    • manually delete content of the folder temp

    • start JIRA

    Kind regards,
