User unable to edit Scheduled issue despite correct permissions being set

Hi, I have a user who is a member of the role "Project Administrators" for a particular project. This user is unable to edit the properties of a Scheduled Issue, from within the Project Administration screen. The Edit button is grayed out.
However, in The Scheduler's Access Manager, Project Role "Administrators" is checked. Are Project Administrators unable to edit Scheduled issues created by other users?

Hi Daniel ;)
The Scheduler's Access Manager can be used to grant prermissions to using scheduler. Users witchout prermissions will not permited to create scheduled job. What more those users are even not able to see The Scheduler project panel. Please see:
All Scheduled Issues are private and the only users who have permissions to edit them are creator and JIRA administrators. So for now the only way to grant permissions to Project Lead is share all issues to them. Please see:
